Едва Depeche Mode объявили о благотворительном концерте (для фонда помощи детям больным раком) в Rоyal Albert Hall 17 февраля 2010 (никогда прежде они не выступали в этом зале), как в Англии все стали ждать начала продаж билетов. Стартанули сегодня полдень по Москве, а уже в 12.15 на сайте появилось это: This performance is SOLD OUT. Между тем сингл Perfect стал для 9ым для Депеш Мод, ставшим номер 1 в танцевальном чарте Биллборда. В Лондоне повалил снег. Хлопьями. Красота! Познакомился с Севой Новгородцевым, с которым знакомы были заочно. Собираемся на О2 арена, там сегодня Депеш Мод) вчера был солдаут и на ютьюбе уже есть ролики. Ну а тем, кто еще не проголосовал в кружке любителей трэша советую заглянуть туда на огонек, так как фанаты Федула Жадного из Самары взорвали голосование и сместили с первого места Юру Демидовича и его волшебного кролика (кстати, 2 января в Москве выступает, в Икре, если ее не закроют). С оф.сайта: 05.14.2009Depeche Mode have been forced to cancel a further four shows on their Sounds of the Universe tour due to further complications from singer Dave Gahan's severe bout of gastroenteritis. Dave is currently undergoing further tests. Depeche Mode apologise to all their fans for this inconvenience and wish Dave a speedy recovery. Further information will be released in due course. The following shows have been cancelled: May 16th Bucharest, Romania, Izvor Park
May 18th Sofia, Bulgaria, Vasil Levski Stadium
May 20th Belgrade, Serbia, USCE Park
May 21st Zagreb, Croatia, Arena Ticket holders for the above shows are advised to hold on to their tickets as an announcement will be made shortly in regard to rescheduled dates or final cancellation. The influential British synth-rock act - whose hits include Just Can't Get Enough and Enjoy The Silence - was due to perform in Greek capital Athens on Tuesday night as part of their world tour. But concert organisers told the 20,000 audience that the gig was being cancelled after Gahan, 47, fell ill in his dressing room with suspected gastroenteritis. In footage of the announcement posted on YouTube, a spokesman for the band drew whistles and groans as he said: "Dave Gahan has been taken ill. "Dave is not well, we have had a doctor in to see him backstage and unfortunately the advice from the doctor is that Dave cannot perform. "He is on his way to the hospital now for a check-up. "I apologise on behalf of Dave and Depeche Mode - Dave really wanted to be well enough to perform. "I am very sorry there is nothing we can do - he is genuinely ill. "He asked me to pass on my apologies to you all." The spokesman then prompted cheers at Athens' Terra Vibe park after telling the crowd that the illness was thought to be temporary, and the show could be rescheduled for Wednesday.
